We take the safety of our oysters seriously. SouthFresh provides true East Coast oysters (Crassostrea virginica). Our half-shells are processed utilizing FDA approved and verified technology that eliminates or reduces vibrio and other pathogens to non-detectable levels for a SAFE raw oyster. We have preserved the fresh flavor and texture, so that these oysters can be served raw with complete confidence.
Our hand shucked oyster meat is pillow packed and frozen, custom sizing available.
