Tuna

SouthFresh Ahi Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus Albacares ) is AAA Grade.

Our Tuna is wild caught off the coast of Vietnam using hand and pole method. The tuna is treated with tasteless smoke (CO) to retain it’s rich red color. Each steak is cut 1.25 inches thick and vacuum packed. Every lot is lab tested prior to shipping, including microbiological analysis and chemical analysis.

Tuna is best seared on the outside with a cool center. It can be grilled, pan-fried, broiled or baked.
