Alligator Bites are cut from alligator fillet meat and then breaded with a crispy flour/cornmeal blend that results in a rich golden color once fried. The Bites are approximately 77% premium white alligator meat with 23% breading. The Bites are individually quick frozen (IQF) to maintain freshness.
